We have invited dozens of local producers of beer, hard cider, spirits and wine to participate in The RoeJan SummerFest, a food, fun, and family festival from 4-9pm on August 9th, along with several food trucks, craft and specialty food vendors.
We would appreciate sponsors — either corporate or individuals — to help make this event successful and widely promoted. There are several levels of sponsorship to consider, detailed on the Sponsor Application Form along with sponsor benefits. Sponsors’ logos will be included in our social media posts, our printed program, print media, and will also be included in signage hanging in full view at the festival.

We expect to attract hundreds of folks to attend this event, which is a reimagined version of last year’s successful Scenic Sips Fest. Located near Herrington’s and incorporating Roe Jan Brewing and Twisted Sisters Coffee, the festival will include lots of outdoor and indoor space. This is going to be a terrific day for Hillsdale, as the 7th annual ArtsWalk is being held earlier on the same day, just up the street in the Village Square.
Our organizing team includes area business owners and volunteers. Columbia County Tourism, Roe Jan Brewing Company and Twisted Sister Coffee House are primary sponsors of the event.
